Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory.
A Product Opening Video is required to process returns. Photos are not acceptable.
Exclusions for Personalized Products:
Returns are not accepted for personalized products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If incorrect details (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect vehicle numbers) are provided by the customer, returns or refunds will not be processed, as the error lies with the customer.
Defective or Damaged Products:
Notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving defective or damaged items.
Provide a Product Opening Video for assessment.
If confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference.
